We are proud to offer international shipping services. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. 

3. Delivery Times
* Estimated Delivery Time to the United States: 7 to 15 business days.
* Estimated Delivery Time to Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.*

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ahmadshine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
